Day 5 : Love is an Open Door from Frozen

This morning we went up the hill to Santo Cerro – Holy Hill – which overlooks La Vega. From up above we got a whole new perspective on the communities where we had spent the last 5 days. What we couldn’t see from above was the love and hospitality that overflows from the homes of the families that we have visited. In every house, we were welcomed with warm smiles, blessings and extra plastic chairs so we could visit for a while!
