The Leadership Training Center, La Vega, Dominican Republic, exists as the central hub for the TEARS ministry. The center is a place from which indigenous leaders will be trained in key skills to minister to those in other neighboring barrios. It is a key aim of the ministry to reach out through these leaders to disadvantaged communities as a means of sharing God’s love. Leaders will receive strategies for church planting and growth as well as giving them necessary vocational training. The center will supply instruction to pastors and leaders that have already established ministries and prepare indigenous leaders. The facility will also be used to host conferences, seminars and visiting teams.
